v0.10.2

Workspaces, projects, and handing a project to a client

One workspace now holds several projects under one subscription, and a finished project can be transferred to another workspace by email. Built for integrators who set CRAIM up for clients; useful to anyone who runs more than one company.

Added

  • Workspaces: several projects share one plan, one balance and one limit on active AI employees
  • Transfer to a client: a seven-day offer to an email address, accepted by the verified recipient into a workspace they own
  • Keep the integrator as a technical administrator of the transferred project, without access to billing or other projects
  • An owner can hand a company over and leave it

Changed

  • The free trial is granted once per email address, for good
  • Every session in a project is signed out and pending invitations are revoked at the moment of transfer

Fixed

  • Telegram webhook registration on startup, and confirmation of a successful account link
v0.10.1

Growth plan, balance warnings, Telegram notifications, qualification as a step

A plan between Start and Team, warnings before the AI balance runs out, notifications that reach Telegram, and lead qualification drawn as a step in the process rather than hidden in a hook.

Added

  • Growth plan with up to five active AI employees; Start now carries one
  • A warning before the AI balance runs out, with an estimate of how long it lasts
  • Notifications through one dispatcher, delivered to Telegram once a person connects it from settings
  • Qualification as a process step, using the buyer profile the company already writes
  • A scenario can start when the client stops writing
  • A conversation's whole history from one endpoint, shown where the conversation is
  • The journal as an RSS feed, in both languages

Changed

  • One provider account binds to one channel, checked at the door and in the row
  • The pricing page stays up when the billing API does not
  • Reactivation is a step that retries on its own

Fixed

  • Owners are told when a renewal is declined
v0.10.0

Shopify support that reads the order, and where each signup came from

An AI support employee for Shopify stores that answers from the live order inside the customer's Gmail thread, and attribution stored with every signup.

Added

  • Shopify connection with a single read-only permission, and a Gmail or Google Workspace inbox the employee replies in
  • Order questions answered from live Shopify data, with a one-time code sent to the order's email before an order is discussed
  • A preview that runs the production checks on a real thread and sends nothing
  • First and last touch of every signup stored and shown in the admin
  • A landing for Shopify stores, in English and Russian

Changed

  • The database connection is encrypted, and https is not optional
v0.9.0

Approvals and audit trail for outbound

Outbound messages drafted by AI can now require explicit approval before they are sent, with a clear history of who approved what and when.

Added

  • Approval queues for email and linked chat surfaces
  • Per-workspace rules: auto-send, suggest-only, or require approval
  • Exportable audit log for compliance reviews

Changed

  • Notification defaults so reviewers are pinged within SLA you configure

Fixed

  • Race condition when two reviewers acted on the same draft
v0.8.2

Knowledge base connectors

Connect approved documents and internal URLs so the copilot answers from your sources-not from thin air.

Added

  • Sync from shared drives with folder-level allow lists
  • Snippet previews with source links in the copilot panel

Changed

  • Retrieval ranking tuned for longer B2B threads

Fixed

  • Stale embeddings after document renames
