Works withGmail
Shopify support that reads the order before it replies.
Connect your store and your Gmail. An AI support employee answers “where is my order”, “did my payment go through” and “was I refunded” from live Shopify data, inside the customer's thread, in seconds. Anything hard goes to you with the thread attached.
Read-only access to orders · you approve every reply · no card

The same five questions,
at every hour.
Each one is a trip to the Shopify admin, a copied tracking number, a reply typed by hand. The employee takes these. Your people keep the cases that need a decision.
- Where is my order??Ordered 9 days ago. No tracking, no reply.
- Did my payment go through? My bank shows the charge but I never got a confirmation.
- Wrong size, I want a refundWhere do I send it back and how long will it take?
Works in the Gmail or Google Workspace mailbox you already use. Nothing to migrate.
Three connections.
About fifteen minutes.
No developer, no new helpdesk, no copy of your store. The employee reads Shopify live, at the moment a customer asks.
Connect the store
One authorization from your Shopify admin. A single permission, read_orders: it cannot edit, cancel or refund an order, or touch products, prices and stock.
Connect the inbox
Sign in with Google for the address customers already write to. Replies go out from that address, inside the customer's thread.
Create the employee
Describe the role in plain words: what it handles, your shipping and return rules, the tone. Give it order access and read its drafts for a few days.
Then switch on autopilot once the drafts stop surprising you.
What it answers,
and what it never does.
Every reply about an order is built from fields the employee just read in Shopify. If a fact is not there, it says so.
It answers, from the order
- Whether the payment went through.
- Whether it shipped, with which carrier, the tracking number and the carrier's delivery status.
- What exactly was ordered: items, quantities, SKUs.
- Whether a refund or a cancellation happened, and when.
- Your shipping and return rules, from the materials you upload.
It never does
- Invents a delivery date or a tracking link. If the carrier has not reported delivery, it says the location is unknown.
- Shows an order to someone it has not verified. Matches are exact, and a one-time code goes to the email Shopify has on the order, not the one typed in the chat.
- Changes, cancels or refunds an order. It has one permission, and it is read-only.
- Says a colleague is looking into it when nobody is. A handoff is a real task for a person, with the thread attached.
- Treats a customer's message as a command. Messages and Shopify fields are data to the model, not instructions.
For the security-minded
- Every lookup carries an id and a SHA-256 hash of the order data it answered from.
- Up to ten orders from the last 60 days. One store per company.
- Tokens are stored encrypted. The store is read live and never copied.
- You can take over any conversation at any time, and the employee goes quiet in it.
Copilot by default.
Autopilot when you say so.
Every reply waits for your approval until you decide otherwise. You see the hard cases before the customer does, with the order facts next to the draft. Switch on autopilot once the drafts stop surprising you; anything it cannot verify still comes to a person.
Before it writes to a single customer, point it at a real thread from your inbox and read the reply it would have sent. Same checks as production, nothing is sent.

Straight answers
What store owners ask before connecting.
Do I need a new helpdesk?
No. The employee works inside the Gmail or Google Workspace mailbox customers already write to, and replies in their thread. If you have a helpdesk, it keeps working alongside.
What does the Shopify app get access to?
One permission, read_orders. It reads the customer's recent orders at the moment of the question, up to ten from the last 60 days. It cannot edit, cancel or refund, and it cannot see products, prices, stock or customers outside those orders.
What if the customer writes from another email?
It asks for the order number or the purchase email, then sends a one-time code to the address Shopify has on the order. Only with the code does it discuss the order. If the customer cannot reach that mailbox, it asks a person to verify by your store's own process.
What happens when it cannot answer?
It tells the customer, creates a high-priority task for a person with the thread attached, and you can take over any conversation yourself at any time.
Which language does it write in?
The one you set for the employee. The product interface is in English and Russian.
How long does setup take?
Connecting Shopify and Gmail takes about fifteen minutes. Reading drafts and tuning the instruction usually takes a day or two.
What does it cost?
From $9 a month per store. Model usage is billed by actual use with a monthly credit included. 14 days free, no card, and nothing is charged until you pick a plan.
