For integrators and agencies

Set up an AI employee for your client. Hand over the project with one button.

Build the whole thing in your own workspace: knowledge, catalogue, channels, the instruction. When it answers the way it should, send a transfer offer to the client's email. They accept it inside their own account and become the owner and the payer. You stay on as technical administrator if they want you to.

Three lines of income,
none of them shared with us.

The client pays CRAIM directly for their own plan. We do not resell the subscription through you and we take nothing from your work. What you charge for the setup is between you and the client.

  1. Your price

    The setup

One-off work: reading the company's materials, building the knowledge base and catalogue, writing the employee's instruction, connecting the channels, drawing the process with its approvals, two weeks of reading drafts. You quote it, you invoice it.

  2. Your rate

    Support

When the client ticks the box on acceptance, you stay as technical administrator: you tune the instruction, add a channel, read the approvals, without seeing their billing or their other projects. A monthly retainer most integrators already sell.

  3. 20% · 12 months

    Referral commission

Register the client through your referral link before the transfer. You receive 20% of their subscription payments for twelve months, and they get 10% off for the first three. The link is in your account menu; withdrawals are requested from the same place.

The commission needs the link. A client who signs up on their own, without your code, is not attributed to you - so the link comes first, the transfer second.

Build it. Send it.
The client accepts.

The project is yours until the moment the client presses the button. No shared passwords, no account created under their name, no re-doing the work inside their login.

  1. Build the project in your workspace

Create a project for the client next to your other projects. Load their materials, connect their WhatsApp, Telegram, Avito or phone line, write the employee's role, watch it answer real messages in copilot mode. If they are leaving amoCRM, Bitrix24 or HubSpot, migrate the history in first.

  2. Send the transfer offer

On your workspace home, press Transfer to a client and enter their email. The offer lives seven days. Until they accept, you remain the owner and the payer, and the project keeps working.

  3. The client accepts, and chooses whether you stay

They see the offer in their own CRAIM account, pick the workspace and plan it lands in, and tick a box to keep you as technical administrator. From that second the project and its bill are theirs.

Nothing emails the client when you send the offer. Tell them yourself, the way you would hand over any other delivery.

What moves with the project,
and what this is not.

A transfer changes the owner of the project. It does not copy it, trim it, or start it over.

What the client receives

  • The whole project: AI employees, knowledge, catalogue, channels, deals, conversations, processes and their history.
  • Billing that switches to their workspace at the second of acceptance, not at the end of your month.
  • You as technical administrator, if they tick the box - with no access to their billing or their other projects.
  • As many projects in one workspace as the plan's limit on active AI employees allows, so you can run several clients side by side.
  • A migration from amoCRM, Bitrix24, HubSpot or a CSV, done into the project before the handover.

What this is not

  • Not resale. The client pays CRAIM for their own plan; your setup price is yours and we do not touch it.
  • Not a second free period. One 14-day trial per email address, ever - one for you, one for the client.
  • Not white-label. The client sees CRAIM and knows where their project lives.
  • Not a silent handover. The client presses Accept in their own account. Nobody can move a project onto someone who did not ask for it.
  • Not mid-call. While a call, an AI task or a message delivery is running in the project, the transfer waits for it to finish.
What happens at the moment of acceptance
  • The project's owner becomes the client's workspace owners. Every previous member is suspended and pending invitations are revoked.
  • Every active session in the project is signed out, so a password you used during setup stops working there.
  • If the client kept you, you are re-added as an administrator of that one project.
  • Your billing period for the project closes and theirs opens, stamped with the same second.
  • Before any of this, the destination plan is checked against the project's active AI employees and, if you stay, against its seat limit. If it does not fit, nothing moves and the message says why.
  • An offer nobody accepted expires after seven days. Sending a new offer for the same project cancels the old one.

The client presses the button.
Not you, and not us.

A project holds a company's conversations, deals and phone lines. So the only person who can move it is the one who signed up under the address you typed, with a verified account, into a workspace they own. You can cancel the offer at any time before that; after it, the project is theirs.

If the client does not accept within seven days, the offer expires and the project stays with you, still working. Send a new one whenever they are ready.

What it costs you

One workspace for all your clients,
priced by active AI employees.

Start is $9 a month with one active AI employee. Growth is $29 with up to five across every project in the workspace. Team is $49 with up to fifty. While a project is yours it counts against your limit; the moment the client accepts, it counts against theirs. The first 14 days are free at the Business level, with a $5 credit for model usage.

Hand over a project and its employees free up a place for the next client.

Straight answers

What integrators ask before the first project.

Do I have to register as a partner?

No. Transfer to a client is on the workspace home of every workspace owner, and your referral link is in your account menu. There is no application, certification or partner contract.

Does the client need an account?

Yes, under the exact email you enter in the offer, with the address verified. They see the offer on the home page of their workspace. Nothing emails them when you send it, so tell them yourself.

Who pays while I am building?

You do, from your own plan, the way you would for any of your projects. From the second the client accepts, they pay from theirs. Each email address gets one 14-day trial, ever, so neither of you gets a second one.

What if the client's plan is smaller than the project?

The acceptance fails with a message: the destination plan cannot fit the project's active AI employees, or has no seat for you as administrator. They raise the plan, or you archive an employee, and they accept again.

How do I get the 20%?

Have the client sign up through your referral link before the transfer. Then 20% of their subscription payments for twelve months is credited to you, and they pay 10% less for the first three. A client who registered without your code is not attributed to you afterwards.

Can a project come back to me?

Before acceptance, cancel the offer and it never left. After acceptance the client is the owner, and can transfer it to you the same way, by email, with you pressing Accept.

What exactly moves?

Everything in the project: employees, knowledge, catalogue, channels, deals, conversations, processes and history. The project is not copied; it changes owner, and its channels keep answering through the change.
