Partner programme terms

How CRAIM pays a reward for the clients people bring us: under the recommendation programme and under the partner programme.

Last updated: October 17, 2026

1. What these terms cover

1.1. These terms describe how CRAIM pays a reward for clients brought to us: under the recommendation programme and under the partner programme.

1.2. Rewards to recipients in Russia are paid by sole proprietor Timirchev Ivan Konstantinovich, taxpayer number 662514392266 (company details, in Russian). Recipients in other countries earn rewards, but they are not paid out in cash for now: they can be moved to the AI balance.

1.3. A participant is a CRAIM user who shares their link. A client is a company that signed up for CRAIM through a participant's link or received a project a partner set up for it.

1.4. By taking part in the programme you accept these terms.

2. Two programmes

2.1. The recommendation programme. Open to any CRAIM user without an application. You get 20% of every subscription payment of your client during their first 12 paid months.

2.2. The partner programme. For integrators and agencies that set up CRAIM for their clients. By application only; CRAIM reviews each application and may approve or decline it without giving reasons. A partner gets 50% of every subscription payment of the client during their first 12 paid months; 20% of every subscription payment after that, for as long as the client pays, with no end date; 20% of every AI balance top-up by the client, that is, of the money the client pays for the work of AI employees (replies, calls, reading materials), with no end date.

2.3. CRAIM may agree special terms with an individual partner. They apply to clients who arrive after the terms are agreed.

3. What the client gets

3.1. A client who signs up through a link gets a 30-day trial instead of the usual 14 days.

3.2. A partner may give their clients a discount on the subscription: 10% or 20%. The discount is chosen on each link and comes out of the partner's share in the first 12 months: with a 10% discount the partner gets 40%, with a 20% discount the partner gets 30%. The discount lasts 12 months from the client's first payment and is counted from the price the client pays.

3.3. A client who already paid for CRAIM before a partner handed them a project does not get the link discount. In that case the partner's share is in full.

4. How a client becomes yours

4.1. A client is attributed to the participant whose link they signed up through. If the person followed the link and signed up later, within 90 days, the client is attributed too. If the person followed links of different participants, the client is attributed to the last link.

4.2. A partner who set up a project and handed it to the client through CRAIM becomes that client's partner, if the client is not yet attributed to anyone.

4.3. A client is attributed once and for good. The terms in force at the moment of attribution (the share, the client's discount) stay with that client, even if the programme, the link or the partner's terms change later.

5. How the reward is counted

5.1. The reward is counted only from money the client paid to CRAIM: subscription payments, surcharges on a plan change and, in the partner programme, AI balance top-ups. Bonuses, gifts and the AI balance included in a plan are not counted.

5.2. The reward is counted in US dollars at the rate at the moment of the client's payment.

5.3. If one payment covers both the first 12 months and the time after them (for example, an annual payment in the seventh month), the share is counted by month: part at the first-year rate, part at the later rate.

5.4. The reward becomes available 30 days after the client's payment. Until then it shows in the account as pending.

5.5. If the client got a refund or disputed a payment, the reward from that payment is cancelled in full or in proportion to the refunded amount. If it was already paid out, the amount is deducted from later rewards.

6. What is not allowed

6.1. You may not bring yourself: sign up through your own link with another email, attribute to yourself a company you own, or get a reward from your own payments. No reward is earned for such a client, and any earned reward is cancelled.

6.2. You may not mislead people: promise on behalf of CRAIM what is not in the product or in these terms, present yourself as CRAIM, send spam, or buy search advertising on the CRAIM name.

6.3. On a breach, CRAIM may cancel earned rewards, decline a payout and exclude the participant from the programme.

7. How to get the money

7.1. An available reward can be moved to the AI balance of a workspace you own: at once, in any amount, at the day's rate. By bank transfer: after review, from $50. In cryptocurrency (USDT or USDC on supported networks): after review, from $50; on some networks the minimum is higher because of the network fee.

7.2. Rewards are paid in cash only to sole proprietors, self-employed people and companies, against an invoice, act or receipt for the payout amount. A private individual can take the reward as AI balance.

7.3. The participant enters their bank details and wallet address themselves. CRAIM does not change them. A cryptocurrency transfer cannot be reversed: money sent to a wrongly entered address is not returned.

7.4. CRAIM pays the network fee on a cryptocurrency payout: the participant receives exactly the approved amount. On a bank transfer CRAIM pays its own bank's fee, and the participant pays the receiving bank's fee.

7.5. CRAIM reviews a payout request within 10 business days. If a payout is declined, the amount returns to the participant's balance, and the reason shows in the account.

7.6. The participant pays the taxes on their own reward.

8. What a partner sees

8.1. A partner sees their clients in the account: the project name, the owner's name and email, the plan, the payment status, the dates and amounts of payments and the reward from each. This lets the partner help the client. The client is told about it when signing up through the link.

8.2. A partner may not use this data for other purposes or pass it to third parties.

9. Changes to the terms and leaving the programme

9.1. CRAIM may change the programme terms. New terms apply to clients attributed after the change. Clients already attributed keep the terms they came with.

9.2. CRAIM tells participants about material changes at least 30 days in advance.

9.3. A participant may leave the programme at any time. CRAIM may close the programme or exclude a participant. A reward that has become available by then stays the participant's, except in the cases in clause 6.3.
