CRAIM in Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, ChatGPT and Claude

Connect CRAIM to the AI you already use and hand over work in plain words.

CRAIM connects to Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, ChatGPT and Claude through MCP. After that you can write there in plain words, and the app does the work in CRAIM for you. Connecting is free.

What you can hand over

  • Train an AI employee: "Here is a folder of documents. Teach Anna."
  • Test them on customer questions and fix the answers they get wrong.
  • Find where the knowledge says one thing in two ways.
  • Create an automation rule: "When an enquiry comes in, give a manager a task to call back."
  • Ask about sales: how many enquiries came in, what is stuck, who is behind.
  • Find a client or a deal, move a deal, set a task, add a note.

How to connect

  1. In CRAIM, open "Settings" and the "MCP" section.
  2. Choose the app you work in. CRAIM shows its three steps, with the command or the address ready to copy.
  3. The app opens a CRAIM page: tick the projects it may work in and press "Connect".

The section says "connected" by itself as soon as the app is connected.

What the app can and cannot do

The app works on your behalf and with your role: it sees and does exactly what you can, and only in the projects you ticked. It does not read conversations with clients and does not write to clients. Deleting, hiring and switching on employees and rules happens only in CRAIM, by you. Changes to an employee's instruction wait for your "Accept" on the employee's screen.

What it costs

Connecting is free. If you ask an AI employee to do work, such as reading materials or answering as it would a client, it spends AI balance, the same as in CRAIM itself.

How to disconnect

In "Settings", the "MCP" section, press "Disconnect" next to the app. Its access ends at once. You can also change which projects it works in there.
